Sponsorship Information
With each conference we aim to keep ticket prices and costs low and give back as much as possible to local charities. With the help of sponsors covering snacks, beverages or happy hour we are better able to do that! For Chicago in 2024 and beyond we are looking at 4 tiers but are open to other creative ideas – just let us know. Here are some quick details about the levels we are working on:
- Bronze – you get a mention in emails and at the conference and help us help others.
- Cost: $250 Each
- Purpose: Used to defray student ticket price.
- Number Available: Unlimited
- Silver – you get Bronze and a ticket to the conference. You also get a link from the Sponsor page.
- Cost: $1,000 Each
- Purpose: Used to defray various costs:
- Snacks
- Name Badges (get your logo on them if purchased in time)
- Printed Material Drop (you can place printed materials or gift bag for each seat that you print/bring)
- Number Available: 1 of Snack & Name Badge. Up to 3 for Printed Material Drop available.
- Gold – You get not one but 2 tickets and some other benefits beyond what Bronze & Silver get.
- Cost: $1,500 Each or be the only Gold for $2,500
- Purpose: Used to cover happy hour free drinks for conference.
- Number Available: 1 or 2
- Diamond – You can bring up to 4 people along and some other benefits beyond what Bronze, Silver & Gold get.
- Cost: $3,000
- Purpose: Used to pay for the rental space(s).
- Number Available: 1
